how to pass college algebra

I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind how to pass college algebra . I find solving problems really tough. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject?
