I'm just thinking if someone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the basics of online textbooks algebra 1 structure and method . I find solving equations really tough. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject? |

I found out a some software programs that are pertinent. I tried them out. The Algebrator turned out to be the most suitable one for unlike denominators, leading coefficient and graphing inequalities. It was also trouble-free to operate. It took me step by step towards the answer rather than only giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to solve the problems too. By the time I was finished, I had learnt how to solve the problems. I found them useful for College Algebra, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra which helped me in my math classes. May be, this is just the thing for you. Why not try this out? |

It’s amazing that a program can do that. I didn’t expect something like that could really be helpful in math. I’m used to be taught by a tutor but this really sounds promising. Do you have any links for this software? |

I remember having difficulties with perfect square trinomial, adding numerators and matrices. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
