Hi, I may sound really dumb to all the math gurus here, but it’s been 2 years since I am learning quadratic equations graphing parabolas given points , but I never found it interesting. In fact I always commit errors. I practise a lot, but still my grades do not seem to be improving.

I completely agree with that. It truly is a great software. Algebrator helped me and my peers a lot during our exam time. We went on to get more marks than we could ever imagine. It explains things in a lot more detailed manner, than a instructor ever could, in a class. Moreover, you can read one solution again and again till you actually understand it, unlike in the school where the teacher has to move on due to time constraints. Go ahead and try it.
