equations with rational numbers

I'm having immense difficulty finding the logic behind the question regarding equations with rational numbers. Can someone please help me to understand how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation regarding equations with rational numbers especially in topic of conversion of units? I was taught how to do this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it on my own so I believe I really need a helping hand since I think I can’t do this on my own . If anyone knows about equations with rational numbers can you please help me? Thank you !

You really shouldn’t have spent money on a math tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor , you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, what’s done is done . In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would recommend using Algebra Master. It’s a very easy to use software. It can solve the toughest problems for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so!
