finding the roots of cubed quadratic equation

Can anybody help me? I have an algebra test coming up next week and I am completely confused. I need some help specially with some problems in finding the roots of cubed quadratic equation that are quite complex. I don’t want to go to any tutorial and I would really appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!
