I have a number of problems based on yr9 algebra online I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our professor has asked us to solve them out ourselves and then explain them to the whole class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please help me! |

What specifically are your difficulties with yr9 algebra online ? Can you give some more details. I remember that not too long ago I too had to go through a similar time of apprehension. In my instance, my frantic hunt led me to a tutor in my vicinity. But he was so occupied that he simply did not have the time for me. He was the one who actually suggested that now-a-days there is yet a different solution at hand. He introduced me to these great software programs in algebra. |

I agree, a good program can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1 too, so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never had a program before I can tell you it's very easy, you don't have to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer. |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 1. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with simplifying fractions, linear algebra and y-intercept. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
