Adding Fractional Radicals

Hi gals and guys I require some guidance to unravel this adding fractional radicals which I’m unable to do on my own. My test on math is due and I need assistance to work on gcf, ratios and adding exponents . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are very costly . So I would be greatly value if you can extend some help in solving the problem.

When I was in college, I faced similar problems with dividing fractions, adding functions and graphing parabolas. I remember having difficulties with converting decimals, inverse matrices and radicals. Algebra Master is a truly great piece of math software.
