Decimals In Radical Form

I am in desperate need of help in completing an assignment in decimals in radical form. I need to submit it by next week and am having a hard time trying to figure out a few tricky problems. I tried some of the online help sites but have not gotten what I want so far. I would be really grateful if anyone can assist me.

Algebra Master is the program that I have used through several math classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with binomial formula, hypotenuse-leg similarity and roots. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.

You can download this software from http://www.algebra-test.com/demos.html. There are some demos available to see if it is really what you are looking for and if you are interested , you can get a licensed version for a nominal amount.
