How To Solve Inproper Fractions

I have a difficulty with my math that needs urgent solution. The difficulty is with how to solve inproper fractions. I have been looking out for someone who can prepare me right away as my exam is drawing near. But it's not easy to find somebody fast enough besides it being costly. Can somebody guide me ? It will be a big help.

I have used many programs to come to grip with my problems with factoring, rational expressions and conversion of units. Of them, my experience with Algebra Master has been the finest. I remember having problems with factoring polynomials, linear inequalities and exponent rules. Algebra Master is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Pre Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
