Math Percent Formulas

Hi! We just started doing a new chapter in algebra about math percent formulas and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my professor gave really complicated so I'd love if someone would teach me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my algebra teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried doing it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t answer it easily unlike the other assignments. I had no trouble doing my past homeworks but this particular homework with specific topic of scientific notation just gives me difficulty just knowing how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in explaining the steps and how to answer it in a organized and clear way.

Algebra Master did help my son to have high grades in Math . Good thing we found this great software because I think it did not only help him to have high marks in his assignments but also helped him in his tests since the software helped in explaining the process of solving the problem by displaying the solution.
