Hi guys
I am about one week through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with solving equations 5th grade. Could somebody out there please help me with decimals, multiplying fractions and graphing parabolas. I can’t afford to hire a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of getting better with topics like absolute values or converting decimals painlessly , please help me out

I know how tough it can be if you are clueless with solving equations 5th grade. It’s a bit hard to give you advice without more information of your problems . But if you can’t afford a tutor, then why not just use some program and see what you think. There are numerous programs out there, but one you should think about would be Algebra Master. It is pretty useful plus it is pretty cheap .

Thanks for the tip . Algebra Master is indeed a extremely helpful algebra software. I was able to get answers to questions I had about angle-angle similarity, complex fractions and radicals. You simply type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the results you need. You can use it for so many things, like College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Pre Algebra. I think everyone should use Algebra Master.

A truly piece of math software is Algebra Master. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving subtracting fractions, fractional exponents and mixed numbers.
