Solving Quadratic Formulas

I’m really stuck on solving quadratic formulas and would sure some help to solve with roots, factoring polynomials and adding matrices. My homework is due soon. I have even thought of hiring a math tutor, but they are so costly . So any guidance would be greatly cherished .

When I was in school , I faced similar problems with quadratic inequalities, hyperbolas and side-side-side similarity.
