Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in algebra. My problem areas included topics such as pre algebra for 6th graders and geometry. Now that teacher turned out to be so dumb, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was. I still can’t crack problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything significant that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much I try. Please help! |

Hello Poster What’s up. Well I’ve been reading your post and believe me : I had the same problem. Some time ago I was in the same problem, but before you get a teacher, I will like to recommend you one software that’s very good: Algebrator . I really tried a lot of other ways but that one it’s definitely the the one! The best luck with that! Let me know what you think!. |

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the college books. Algebrator is a good way to start your math career. |

Yeah! That's a great alternative to the pricey private tutors and pricey online coaching. The one page formula list provided there has served me in every College Algebra internal that I have had in the past. Even if you are a newbie in Basic Math, the Algebrator is very useful since it offers both simple and tough exercises and drills for practice. |

Check out at the tutorials available at http://www.algebra-test.com/comparison.html. You have plentiful information on Intermediate algebra, particularly on factoring, trigonometry and inverse matrices. Good luck! |
